These terms and conditions govern sales made on itri-design.com by ITRI, a French sole trader (auto-entrepreneur). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.
ITRI offers zellige-patterned cases and accessories for smartphones and earphones. Products are described as accurately as possible; photographs are not contractually binding.
Prices are shown in the local market currency, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time of the order.
An order is confirmed once payment is approved. A confirmation e-mail summarising the order is sent to the buyer.
Payment is made online by card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, via the secure Shopify Payments service. ITRI stores no payment-card data.
Products are made to order and shipped by our production partner. Standard shipping is free to all served regions (France, EU, USA/Canada, and international incl. Morocco). An optional express delivery (DHL) is offered at a zone-based rate, free on orders of €90 or more. Indicative times: standard 3–14 business days depending on destination, express 1–5 business days, after 24–48 h production.
Under Articles L221-18 ff. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. To do so, contact us at contact@itri-design.com. Items must be returned in their original condition; return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof of return shipment.
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under French law. For any defective or non-conforming product, contact us for a replacement or refund.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, you may refer the matter free of charge to our approved consumer mediator CM2C (49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, Tel. +33 1 89 47 00 14, www.cm2c.net, litiges@cm2c.net).
