At ITRI, protecting your personal data is a priority. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you stay in control, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Identity and contact details (name, email, delivery address), order history and preferences. We never collect your bank card data: it is processed directly by our secure payment provider (Shop Pay / Shopify), PCI-DSS certified.

You can delete your account and personal data at any time from your account area. Some data (invoices) is kept in anonymised form for the legal retention period.
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function (cart, wishlist, language preference). These do not require your consent.
With your consent only, we also load the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram), operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. It measures the pages and products you view, add-to-cart actions and orders, so we can evaluate our advertising and show you relevant content. Data is sent to Meta, which may process it outside the European Union under the Data Privacy Framework. Retention: 13 months maximum.
None of these trackers load until you click “Accept”. If you click “Decline”, no Meta script is executed. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.
